The GA meeting of ELVITEN project was initially scheduled to take place in Berlin between 2nd and 3rd of April 2020. Due to the unexpected circumstances of the COVID-19 outbreak, the meeting was held virtually on the same dates.
During the first day, the status of the project along with the ICT tools, the map-matching, the data collected were presented. Moreover, reference was made on the progress of the demonstrations in all of the 6 project cities, focusing on the past activities, the arising issues, as well as the future plans to increase data collection. Special attention was also given to the communication and dissemination actions of the project.
During the second day, important topics were constructively discussed. Firstly, the findings resulting from the analysis of the impact and the potential market uptake along with the future plans. Furthermore, the status and the foreseen actions of the developed business models were analyzed. Finally, the project’s exploitation strategy and innovation management was highlighted and also special attention was given both on the identified risks and their mitigation measures.
