COREALIS VALENCIA LIVING LAB DEMONSTRATION & TRAINING SEMINAR entitled ‘Valencia Port: Empowering the port-city sustainability’ took place virtually on October 27th, 2020 at 10.00-11.30 CET.
Valencia Living Lab (LL), is one of the five LLs (together with Antwerp, HaminaKotka, Livorno and Piraeus). The demonstration aimed to showcase the actual operation of the Valencia Living Lab developed innovations (Truck Appointment System: a reservation system, including real time traffic data, Just-In-Time Rail Shuttle Service: a feasibility study for key port-hinterland corridors, Innovation Incubator Scheme: a scheme making the port the epicentre of the local industrial landscape and Port of the future Serious Game: an innovative and interactive training and simulation game for port-city developments).
Our project manager, Elena Krikigianni, made an overview presentation of COREALIS project towards highlighting the project’s vision, objectives and goals.
