We are excited to announce the successful completion of THEROS two-part webinar series, “Securing Our Food Supply Chains: EU’s Innovative Initiatives to Combat Food Fraud, Improve Food Traceability and Sustainability, and Increase Consumers’ Trust,” which took place on 11 and 13 September 2024.
This dynamic event, co-organised by 7 EU projects (FishEUtrust, SEA2SEE, WATSON, ALLIANCE, THEROS, CUES & #TEALHELIX), brought together over 40 participants, including officials from the European Commission (notably THEROS Project Officer Ms. Giovana Rizzetto) and representatives from several EU-funded projects.
The discussions focused on innovative strategies aimed at improving the security and sustainability of Europe’s food supply chains, fostering knowledge exchange, and promoting collaboration among key stakeholders.
Both workshops were moderated by Ms. Elena Krikigianni, from SEABility, the Communication and Dissemination Manager of THEROS project.
