“Improvement of MED ports transit capacities through multimodality and intermodality. Towards a more efficient organization of ports logistic activities”
After the successful organisation of its 1st Training workshop in Seville in November 2013, the INTE-TRANSIT consortium is pleased to invite you to the 2nd training activity of the project that will take place in Naples, Italy, on 13-14 May 2014.
The INTE-TRANSIT project is co-funded by the European Regional Development Fund under the MED Programme and aims to support the better logistics organization of MED ports and logistics areas through the use of modern ICT technologies and to establish a framework for cooperation between stakeholders in the Mediterranean countries for the exchange of best practices, cooperation and personnel training.
During this 2nd training event, organised by CO.NA.TE.CO S.P.A. with the support of IAT and SEAbility, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more on the following issues:
In the framework of this two days event, innovative and future solutions as well as practical examples and best practices will be presented by experts coming from experienced and well-known companies and organisations including CO.NA.TE.CO. Spa, Port of Koper, Valenciaport Foundation, Andalusian Public Ports Authority. In addition to the training sessions, a visit in the port of Naples will be organised where the logistics operation of the specific port as well as the proposed INTE-TRANSIT solutions will be demonstrated to the attendees.
