DELPHI’s 1st General Assembly meeting took place, in a hybrid mode, between 28th to 29th of November 2023, in Madrid Spain and via MS Teams online platform.
During the first day, DELPHI’s coordinator provided an overall update and an overview of the DELPHI project status, for the first five months. Then, DELPHI team presented the overall status on the governance, regulatory and stakeholder analysis activities as well as the federated ecosystem, interoperability and integration and the predictive modelling, optimization and decision support activities.
The first day was concluded with three very informative site visits at the DHL warehouse for IKEA e-commerce, at the Metro Madrid depot and at the KOIKI micro hub.
During the second day, dissemination, communication, exploitation and community building activities were thoroughly discussed and an IPR training session was conducted to pave the way for a successful exploitation strategy. Then, DELPHI team gave special focus on the organisation of the upcoming demonstration activities.
SEAbility’s project manager Ms. Elena Krikigianni, delivered a presentation on project’s dissemination, communication & exploitation performed activities and upcoming steps.
